The 5th Congress of the Trade Union of Hop Luc Joint Stock Company, term 2023-2028

During the 2023-2028 term, the Trade Union of Hop Luc Joint Stock Company will innovate its operating methods, enhance its role in representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members and employees; promote patriotic emulation movements; and support the sustainable development of the enterprise.

On the afternoon of June 3rd, the Trade Union of Hop Luc Joint Stock Company held its 5th Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term.

The Trade Union of Hop Luc Joint Stock Company currently has 700 members organized into 4 departmental trade unions and 20 union branches. During the past term, the Trade Union of Hop Luc Joint Stock Company proactively innovated its operational methods, focusing on the needs of employees; consistently fulfilling its function as a representative and protector of the legitimate rights and interests of employees; and achieving the targets set forth in the Resolution of the 4th Congress of the Trade Union of Hop Luc Joint Stock Company, term 2017-2023.

The trade union regularly coordinates with the General Director and heads of member units to inspect and monitor the implementation of democratic regulations at the grassroots level, and organizes employee conferences and workplace dialogue meetings as prescribed.

Proactively identify and promptly resolve issues arising in labor relations; at the same time, listen to and address the opinions and aspirations of employees, and propose adjustments and additions to internal regulations and rules to suit the actual situation of hospitals and units under the Corporation.

A cultural program to welcome the Congress.

Thanks to this, the rights of workers are guaranteed, and their jobs, wages, salaries, bonuses, and working conditions are gradually improved and enhanced. The trade union regularly organizes activities to visit and encourage union members and workers' families facing difficulties, and organizes trips and vacations... with a total expenditure of over 2.3 billion VND.

In addition, the trade union has launched widespread patriotic emulation movements such as: "Excellent Workers, Creative Workers"; promoting initiatives and technical improvements; the program "1 Million Initiatives - Striving to Overcome Difficulties, Innovating, and Determined to Win Against the COVID-19 Pandemic"... attracting a large number of cadres, union members, and workers to participate. Through these emulation movements, many solutions and initiatives have emerged and been applied in practice, contributing to the successful fulfillment of the enterprise's tasks.

At the congress, delegates focused on discussing and agreeing on the direction and objectives for the 2023-2028 term, which include continuing to innovate working methods, improving the effectiveness of the workers' movement and trade union activities; effectively fulfilling the role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; promoting patriotic emulation movements, contributing to building and developing human resources, and successfully implementing the production and business plan and the sustainable development goals and strategies of the Corporation in the integration period.

With a serious and highly responsible spirit, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Hop Luc Joint Stock Company for the fifth term, and elected delegates to attend the 20th Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union, term 2023-2028.
