Dak Nong disburses nearly 50% of capital for Program 1719

The draft Political Report at the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities of Dak Nong Province stated that the total State budget investment capital allocated for the 2021-2025 period for Program 1719 is more than 1,000 billion VND. To date, the whole province has disbursed more than 578 billion VND, reaching nearly 50% of the total capital plan.

Resources from Program 1719 ensure the implementation of 10 projects, contributing to solving urgent problems for people such as: solving residential land, housing, production land, domestic water; supporting people to develop agricultural and forestry production; investing in essential infrastructure serving production and life.

Nam Nung Commune is interested in supporting house construction for households facing housing difficulties.
Many ethnic minority households received support to build new houses from the capital of Program 1719.

Specifically, Program 1719 supported residential land for 59 households; supported houses for 271 households; supported production land and career conversion for 358 households; supported domestic water for more than 1,600 households...

According to the assessment, after nearly 4 years of implementation, Program 1719 has been contributing to accelerating the process of hunger eradication and poverty reduction, improving the material and spiritual life of the people, especially ethnic minorities in Dak Nong province.

By the end of 2023, the average income per capita in Dak Nong province will increase by 44.6 million VND, reaching 59.6 million VND/person/year. This figure is 4 times higher than the income in 2011.
