Transparent invoicing, traceability

Following that policy, many supermarkets and businesses in the province have seriously complied with regulations and maintained transparency in their business operations. A prime example is Huong Tam Mart Pho Yen, with its two chain stores supplying thousands of essential items such as food, fresh produce, consumer goods, and household appliances… at stable prices, with clearly displayed prices, origin information, and invoices.

Thanks to this, Huong Tam Mart has become a trusted shopping destination, contributing to building a civilized business environment and preventing commercial fraud in industrial zones.

Ms. Vu Thi Khanh Ninh, representative of Huong Tam Mart, said: "We mainly serve workers in the Samsung area, so we always focus on providing quality products at reasonable prices. Market management forces regularly inspect and monitor, which helps businesses maintain transparency in their operations and build trust with consumers."

Similarly, Aloha Song Cong Supermarket serves factory and business workers as well as local residents with approximately 10,000 items, ranging from fresh and processed foods to household goods, clothing, and stationery. All products undergo strict quality control regarding invoices, documents, and labels, ensuring consumer peace of mind and meeting the growing daily needs of the area.

Mr. Truong Hoang Trung, Director of Aloha Supermarket, said: "The supermarket's products are always carefully selected, ensuring clear origins, especially in the field of food safety. Market management forces in the area regularly conduct monthly and quarterly inspections, which helps the unit comply well with legal regulations and strengthens customer trust."

Currently, there are approximately 100,000 workers in the province, 40% of whom come from other localities; Samsung Thai Nguyen alone provides stable employment for about 30,900 workers. For workers in industrial zones, access to quality goods at reasonable prices not only meets their living needs but also contributes to ensuring social security.

Ms. Do Thi Lan, a worker at Samsung Thai Nguyen Company, shared: "Workers' income is mainly used for living expenses, so access to quality goods at reasonable prices is very important. Workers feel more secure knowing that goods at stores and supermarkets near industrial zones are always strictly inspected."

In reality, strict market control within industrial zones has contributed to balancing the supply and demand of goods and stabilizing the lives of tens of thousands of workers. This is also an important factor in strengthening investor confidence, affirming Thai Nguyen as a safe and reliable destination for businesses.

Tighten market management.

Market Management Team No. 4 is responsible for the wards and communes of Pho Yen, Van Xuan, Trung Thanh, Phuc Thuan, Thanh Cong, Song Cong, Ba Xuyen, and Bach Quang – areas with many large industrial zones and clusters such as Samsung Thai Nguyen, Song Cong Industrial Park I, Song Cong Industrial Park II, Diem Thuy Industrial Park… This area has a large number of workers and a very high demand for essential goods, therefore market management must be carried out regularly and closely to promptly detect and handle violations.

From the beginning of 2025 to the present, Market Management Team No. 4 has inspected 71 cases, handled 68 violations, collected over 641 million VND for the state budget; the value of confiscated goods is over 536 million VND, of which over 375 million VND were ordered to be destroyed. Violations mainly focused on food and clothing such as: spoiled food, smuggled goods, goods of unknown origin, counterfeit goods, etc.

Mr. Nguyen Van Nham, Deputy Team Leader of Market Management Team No. 4, said: "Currently, there are more than 5,500 organizations, individuals, and business households operating in the area, many of which directly supply industrial zones. The team focuses on implementing intensive campaigns against smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods, and regularly coordinates with functional agencies and local authorities to promptly handle typical cases and prevent violations from prolonging."

Alongside inspections and enforcement, Market Management Team No. 4 also intensified legal awareness campaigns for businesses and household businesses. Raising awareness of business responsibilities and ensuring consumer rights is considered a long-term solution, helping to foster a transparent and sustainable business culture.

In the context of Thai Nguyen striving to become the industrial center of the region, building a transparent and healthy competitive business environment is of crucial importance. With the coordinated efforts of functional forces, businesses, and the people, market management in industrial zones will continue to achieve many positive results, contributing to ensuring sustainable development for the locality.
