On the morning of April 12th, the leaders of Vinh Loc district visited and offered incense at the historical revolutionary site of Xuan Ang Pagoda ( Vinh Long commune) - the place where the first Party branch of Vinh Loc district was established, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the first Communist Party branch - the predecessor of the Vinh Loc District Party Committee (April 16, 1934 - April 16, 2024).

In a solemn atmosphere, officials and leaders of Vinh Loc district respectfully offered incense to express their gratitude and commemorate the contributions of the pioneering Party members who founded, educated , and trained the first Party branch.

Building on the glorious traditions of their homeland, the Party Committee, government, and people of Vinh Loc always uphold the spirit of unity and the aspiration for innovation and progress, focusing on leading and directing the serious implementation, creative and flexible application of directives, resolutions, policies of the Party and State, and the leadership and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee to the local reality.

The leaders of Vinh Loc district visited the commemorative plaque marking the establishment of the first Party branch at Xuan Ang Pagoda (Vinh Long commune).

Immediately after the incense offering ceremony, the district leaders visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Pham Thi Dat in Tien Ich 2 village, Vinh Quang commune, Vinh Loc district.
