Colonel Le Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command chaired the conference. At the conference, authorized by the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Region 4 Command, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee - Head of the Provincial Military Command announced and presented the Decision of the Minister of National Defense on the temporary reappointment of Colonel Nguyen Huu Vu, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command; temporary appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Bui Van Trung, Deputy Chief of Staff, Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command, now holding the position of Head of the Operations Department, General Staff, Military Region 4; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Thoi, Commander of the Nong Cong District Military Command, now holding the position of Deputy Chief of Staff, Provincial Military Command.
