Physics is the first subject of the natural science group (physics, chemistry, biology), the test starts at 7:30 am. The physics test consists of 24 test codes from 201 to 224 and each test code will have 40 multiple choice questions, the test time is 50 minutes.
The Ministry of Education and Training has announced the full answers for 24 physics exam codes in the 2024 high school graduation exam.

Commenting on the physics exam, teacher Bui Manh Tan, head of the physics department at Bui Thi Xuan High School, Ho Chi Minh City, said that in terms of structure, this year's exam still follows the same spirit, structure and level of differentiation as the 2023 exam.
The questions are arranged from easy to difficult, mainly grade 12 knowledge. In the exam, grade 11 knowledge content only accounts for 2 theoretical questions and there are no exercises.
In terms of content and level, from question 1 to question 32, the level is easy, students can easily complete these questions. From question 33 to question 35, the level of difficulty is increased, good and excellent students can solve them within their ability.
High level of application appears from question 36 to question 40, distributed in 5 contents: Spring pendulum, mechanical wave interference, light wave interference, alternating current and nuclear.
Mr. Tan predicts that the physics score range will be mostly concentrated between 7.5 and 9 points.
Teacher Pham Quoc Toan, teaching at Tuyensinh247.com, commented that this year's exam did not surprise students, closely followed the reference exam structure issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, and had high classification.
40 questions are arranged from easy to difficult, mainly 90% of the content is grade 12 knowledge and a small part is grade 11 knowledge. Mr. Toan commented that the score range is mainly from 6 to 7; few scores are above 9; very few are absolute 10s.
