The Department of Agriculture and Environment (DARD) of Ho Chi Minh City has just sent a document to departments, branches and People's Committees of wards, communes and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City about the focal point for receiving information on incidents, disasters and natural disasters in the city.

Accordingly, the City Command is the standing agency of the City Civil Defense Command; the Training Department - Staff Office - City Command performs the task of assisting the Standing Agency and the Command. The Department of Agriculture and Environment is the agency in charge of coordinating the task of advising the City Civil Defense Command on natural disaster prevention.

In order to facilitate reporting and timely handling of information on incidents, disasters, and natural disasters in Ho Chi Minh City, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City announces the contact point for receiving information as follows:

For incidents and disasters occurring in Ho Chi Minh City, units call hotline 112 (located at the City Command Headquarters); address: 291 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Hoa Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

For natural disasters occurring in Ho Chi Minh City, units call the phone number (028) 38297598 (on duty of the Irrigation Sub-Department under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City); address: 2nd floor, No. 176 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
