Urgent evacuation of 30 patients in Hue to avoid flood

On the afternoon of October 27, the Hue City Military Command mobilized forces and vehicles to urgently transport 30 patients being treated at the Rehabilitation Hospital Facility 2 to Facility 1 in Hue City to ensure the safety of the patients from heavy rain and floods.

Present at the patient transfer point, Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, encouraged the patients as well as the support forces. At the same time, he highly appreciated the efforts of the military force in promptly mobilizing forces and vehicles to support the patients.

On the same day, the A Luoi Area 1 Defense Command and the militia also moved 61 households/250 people in Tru Pi village to safe locations. The Military Commands of wards and communes also proactively mobilized forces and means to urgently evacuate dozens of households from dangerous areas, while providing food and provisions for the people.
