In the atmosphere of the whole nation celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, the song "The Nation's Complete Joy" opened the program, evoking overwhelming emotions and surging pride among the people and tourists at the opening ceremony of the Ha Long Carnival 2025. This year, the Ha Long Carnival stage, designed with 3D technology, highlighted the magnificent beauty of Ha Long Bay.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Lien, a tourist from Hanoi, expressed: “This is my first time participating in the Quang Ninh Carnival. The atmosphere is truly vibrant and spectacular.”

Mr. Nguyen Cong Hiet from Quang Ninh province shared: "Today is the day of the Ha Long Carnival, my family is very excited and happy. More than a dozen relatives, both from my mother's and father's side, came from 3 o'clock to participate in the festivities. We are very happy, excited and proud."

Approximately 1,000 professional and amateur performers recounted the historical and cultural stories characteristic of the Quang Ninh mining region and the country through their performances, contributing to affirming the Ha Long Carnival brand with the aspiration to make Quang Ninh an international cultural, tourism , and festival center.

Mr. Hoang Cong Cuong, General Director of the Ha Long Carnival 2025 program, shared: “All the performances are presented as a story. The emotional and artistic flow related to the biggest festivals of Vietnam and the world will converge in Caravan 2025. The Caravan 2025 stage will feature many innovations; we are bringing the spirit of Caravan, similar to major festivals around the world, to showcase the most beautiful images of Vietnam in general and Quang Ninh in particular, to friends and tourists both domestically and internationally.”
