Actor Huy Khanh and singer Akira Phan 'burned' themselves out in a meaningful pickleball tournament

On November 1st in Nha Trang, the Thanh Nien Newspaper and its partners' pickleball tournament took place in a lively, exciting, and heartwarming atmosphere. This tournament promoted physical fitness, created a fun and healthy playground for pickleball enthusiasts, and commemorated the 20th anniversary of the Thanh Nien Newspaper's representative office in the South Central and Southern Central Highlands regions. It also raised 100 million VND for the "Continuing Life with Your Child " program, now in its third year, to support children orphaned by Covid-19.

The Thanh Nien Newspaper and Friends Pickleball Tournament brought together 18 pairs of players, notably featuring guest appearances from actor Huy Khanh and singer Akira Phan. The presence of these two prominent figures in the Vietnamese entertainment industry contributed to the tournament's success.

Akira Phan's teammate, Diep Quang Vinh, nicknamed Vinh "shop," is a very skillful, sociable, cheerful, and passionate player who gives his all in the tournament. Vinh "shop" also contributes to the "Walking with Your Child Through Life" program of Thanh Nien Newspaper and gives gifts to the winning athletes.

That evening, at the gala celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Thanh Nien Newspaper's representative office in the South Central and South Central Highlands regions, actor Huy Khanh, representing the pickleball tournament participants, presented journalist Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Editor-in-Chief of Thanh Nien Newspaper, with 100 million VND to support the "Continuing Life with Your Child" program, which assists children orphaned by Covid-19. Meanwhile, singer Akira Phan also thrilled the audience with performances of his signature songs such as "Winter Is Not Cold" and "The Curse ".
