The delegation from Lao Cai province offered incense to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs' Memorial Temple.

In a solemn and moving atmosphere, the delegation from Lao Cai province respectfully offered incense, expressing their gratitude, appreciation, and profound remembrance to the heroic martyrs, the outstanding sons and daughters of the nation who bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people.

The delegation from Lao Cai province laid flowers and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the A1 Martyrs' Cemetery.

Before the spirits of the heroic martyrs, with heartfelt gratitude, the delegation pledged to live, fight, and study following the example of the great President Ho Chi Minh , upholding the heroic traditions of Dien Bien Phu, and continuing to strive together with the entire Party, army, and people to successfully implement the industrialization and modernization of the country, building a more prosperous and thriving Vietnam.
