Accordingly, the Session focused on reviewing and deciding on personnel work, passing resolutions and draft laws, questioning and answering questions from central ministries and branches, and resolving voters' petitions.

Voters of Cong Hai commune (Thuan Bac) made recommendations at the voter meeting.
Responding to voters' opinions, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, provided information and clarified several issues of concern to the voters. Regarding policy-related matters, he stated that currently, the country has over 260 policies primarily serving social welfare; although resources remain limited, the Party and State always pay close attention to ensuring people's stable lives and are continuing to research and develop additional support policies in the future. Regarding the shortage of teachers, the province will direct the Department of Internal Affairs and the Department of Education and Training to review and adjust accordingly. For issues within the jurisdiction of local authorities, relevant agencies and localities are requested to coordinate and resolve them thoroughly. As for recommendations related to the central government, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will continue to compile and forward them to the National Assembly and relevant ministries and agencies for consideration and satisfactory responses. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that voters will always share and accompany local Party committees and authorities in the process of managing socio -economic development.

Voters of Phuoc Hai commune proposed: Consider lowering the age of the elderly from 80 years old to 75 years old so that the elderly can enjoy the State's policies; paying attention to investing in the Southeast beltway of the province to facilitate economic and social development in the locality; Pay attention to upgrading the domestic water system in the commune to create favorable conditions for people in daily life; soon repair and upgrade the inter-commune road from Tu Tam village to Phu Quy to create favorable conditions for people in traveling and transporting agricultural products...
