Attending the conference were: Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Mr. Dang Ngoc Hau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of several provincial departments and agencies; members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Muong Coi commune, along with a large number of voters from the commune.

At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Viet, Member of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, informed the voters about the results of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly; and reported on the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation for the 2021-2026 term. The leaders of Muong Coi commune provided information on the implementation of socio-economic development, national defense and security tasks in 2025, and the direction and tasks for 2026.

Muong Coi Commune requests the Government and the Ministry of Interior to promptly issue guidelines clearly defining the functions and tasks of the Commune-level General Service Center to ensure proper implementation; to promptly develop a plan to reorganize the Land Registration Office under commune management to ensure smooth and convenient administrative procedures for citizens; and to promptly issue revised documents to add deputy heads to specialized departments of the Commune People's Committee to meet current work requirements. They also request a review and clear guidance on the implementation process of construction investment projects assigned to the commune as the investor; a flexible mechanism for allocating funds to communes for the renovation and upgrading of essential infrastructure to meet the needs of the two-tiered local government; and policies and regulations for part-time commune and village officials. Furthermore, they request investment in infrastructure and the addition of staff to certain subjects in schools within the commune to meet the requirements of the new general education program.
The provincial National Assembly delegation received and addressed the opinions and suggestions of voters within its jurisdiction, and compiled the suggestions to be submitted to the National Assembly and relevant agencies for consideration and resolution in accordance with regulations.
