The monitoring delegation of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee worked with the People's Committee of Bac Ai district.

On the morning of June 6, the Supervisory Delegation of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee had a working session with the People's Committee of Bac Ai district on the recruitment, management, and use of civil servant and public employee (CC, VC) payroll and labor contracts in the area from 2020 to 2023.

Every year, based on the decision to assign staff quotas of the Provincial People's Committee, the District People's Committee has issued decisions to assign staff quotas to specialized departments, affiliated public service units and the education sector according to the prescribed number. Thereby, it has promptly managed the number of staff currently in use at agencies and units; at the same time, it has had a recruitment plan, approved the recruitment plan for the number of staff lacking according to the job positions of each unit; promptly arranged the number of employees and implemented the regimes and policies for cadres and civil servants in a timely manner, shortening the time according to regulations.

During the working session, the Supervisory Delegation of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Affairs Committee highly appreciated the results achieved by Bac Ai district in implementing policies and laws on recruitment, management, and utilization of civil servant and contract labor quotas in the district over the past period. At the same time, they requested the locality to strengthen the dissemination of directives from higher levels regarding recruitment, management, and utilization of personnel; continue to strengthen the training and development of cadres to build a team of cadres and civil servants with sufficient capacity to perform their duties and complete assigned tasks well; develop a plan for civil servant staffing and the number of employees annually for agencies and units under its management; and continue to rationally arrange and ensure appropriate structure and qualifications for job positions for the teaching staff working in the district.
