The monitoring delegation of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee worked with the People's Committee of Bac Ai district.

On the morning of June 6, the Supervisory Delegation of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee had a working session with the People's Committee of Bac Ai district on the recruitment, management, and use of civil servant and public employee payrolls and labor contracts in the area from 2020 to 2023.

Every year, based on the decision to assign staff quotas of the Provincial People's Committee, the District People's Committee has issued decisions to assign staff quotas to specialized departments, affiliated public service units andthe education sector according to the prescribed number. Thereby, it has promptly managed the number of staff currently in use at agencies and units; at the same time, it has planned to recruit and approve the recruitment plan for the number of staff lacking according to the job positions of each unit; promptly arranged the number of employees and implemented the regimes and policies for cadres and civil servants in a timely manner, shortening the time according to regulations.

At the working session, the Supervisory Delegation of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Affairs Committee highly appreciated the results that Bac Ai district has achieved in implementing policies and laws on recruitment, management, and use of public employees and labor contracts in the district in the past time. At the same time, it was requested that the locality strengthen the dissemination of directives from all levels on recruitment, management, and use of public employees; continue to strengthen training and fostering of cadres to build a team of cadres and public employees with sufficient capacity to perform public duties and complete assigned tasks well; develop a plan for public employee staff and the annual number of employees of agencies and units under its management; continue to rationally arrange and ensure the structure and qualifications appropriate to the job positions for the team of teachers working in the district.
