The program is part of a series of events for the Summer Camp for Overseas Vietnamese Youth and Ho Chi Minh City Youth organized by the Committee for Overseas Vietnamese in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union and the Department of Foreign Affairs of Da Nang City.

Teachers and students of Dai Viet College in Da Nang took souvenir photos with the overseas Vietnamese youth delegation and Ho Chi Minh City youth.

Speaking at the program, Dr. Tran Van Anh - Vice Principal of Dai Viet Da Nang College - said that currently, Dai Viet Da Nang College has 7 faculties; 32 majors, 2 college and intermediate levels and 2 regular and joint training systems. Over 25 years of establishment and development, the school has trained and provided society with more than 30,000 workers.

Students enthusiastically answered questions about the country and people in Da Nang City.

In the coming years, the school aims to develop into a high-quality training school and promote international integration and linkage. Therefore, this is an opportunity for overseas students and youth to exchange and understand each other.

"This is not only an opportunity for overseas Vietnamese youth to understand the culture and people of Da Nang, but also an opportunity for students of Dai Viet College in Da Nang to exchange and learn from their friends and overseas Vietnamese children from many countries around the world ," emphasized Dr. Tran Van Anh.

During the program, overseas Vietnamese youth participated in activities such as: exchanging and learning about culture, celebrities, heritage, and landmarks of Da Nang and Vietnam. Participating in folk games, bamboo dancing, etc.

The 17th Summer Camp for Overseas Vietnamese and Ho Chi Minh City Youth in 2024 opened on the morning of July 26 at the Ho Chi Minh City Committee for Overseas Vietnamese and closed on July 30 in Da Nang City.

The "National Pride" Summer Camp program with the participation of 51 campers who are overseas Vietnamese youth from 17 countries and territories such as: France, USA, Germany, Canada, Japan, Taiwan (China)...
