Traffic conditions on major gateway routes such as the Hanoi- Hai Phong Expressway, Ring Road 3, Lang-Hoa Lac Road, and Xuan Thuy-Cau Giay Road were relatively smooth this morning, without the serious congestion seen in recent days.

The service road on Thang Long Boulevard has been a nightmare for those who have had to travel through it in recent days. This morning, however, it was unusually clear.

The underpass at the beginning of Thang Long Boulevard is now clear of traffic in both directions. The image was taken at approximately 9:30 this morning.

The section of road near the intersection with the extended Le Quang Dao road, which was recently opened to traffic, is also quite convenient.

However, on the section of Ring Road 2 from the Truong Chinh elevated road down to Lang Street, the traffic density remains very high around midday.

More seriously, streets in the city center are experiencing severe traffic congestion, including Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Le Duan Street, Phan Dinh Phung Street, Ton Duc Thang Street, etc.

Vehicles crawled along the road meter by meter, even though it was almost noon. Motorbikes and cars moved in a "fill-in-the-blanks" fashion on the street.

The intersection of Nguyen Trai - Nguyen Xien - Khuat Duy Tien on the Ring Road 3 has been significantly improved today.
