Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga and representatives of meritorious people of Tuyen Quang province attended the meeting with outstanding meritorious people in the Northern region.

Attending the meeting were leaders and former leaders of the Party and State; representatives of ministries, departments, and localities; veteran revolutionary cadres, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Labor Heroes, meritorious individuals, and exemplary policy beneficiary families from 28 provinces and cities from Ha Tinh northward.

General Secretary To Lam, along with other leaders of the Party, State, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, leaders of Tuyen Quang province, and delegates including veteran officials, meritorious individuals, and exemplary policy beneficiary families.

Attending the conference from Tuyen Quang province was Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies.

Tuyen Quang province is honored to have four representatives of people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution attending the conference, including: Veteran Nguyen Duc Manh, Yen Son town, Yen Son district; former Youth Volunteer Pham Van Thanh, Phan Thiet ward, Tuyen Quang city; former People's Police officer Nguyen Van Dieu, Tan Quang ward, Tuyen Quang city; and war invalid Ninh Van Thuy, Nong Tien ward, Tuyen Quang city.

At the meeting, delegates reminisced about the nation's glorious history, shared heartfelt opinions, and demonstrated their responsibility towards the cause of protecting and developing the country in the new situation.

Speaking at the meeting, General Secretary To Lam expressed his emotion at being able to express gratitude for the immense contributions of the people and the people's armed forces to the Party's revolutionary cause in the complete liberation of the South, the reunification of the country, as well as in the construction, development and protection of the Fatherland.

General Secretary To Lam provided an overview of the current national situation as well as the strategic policies and directions outlined by the Party for the new era. Accordingly, the Central Committee has identified three key tasks that need to be focused on from now until 2030, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the country's leadership under the Party in 2045, and the 100th anniversary of the nation's founding.

These are: Preserving and maintaining a peaceful, secure, and orderly environment for national development; achieving rapid and sustainable socio-economic development; and improving the living standards of the people, especially the working class.

Comrades: Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Do Van Chien; Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Ha Thi Khiet; and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga, along with exemplary meritorious individuals from Tuyen Quang province.

General Secretary To Lam emphasized that the recently concluded 11th Central Committee Conference is considered a historic conference in the revolutionary journey of our country. The Central Committee unanimously agreed on the contents related to the reorganization of the political system's apparatus; the reorganization of administrative units and the two-tiered local government structure with a long-term vision, at least 100 years ahead, ensuring the formation and expansion of a new economic, social, and cultural development space suitable for the country's development and integration, and strengthening national defense, security, and foreign relations capabilities.

The General Secretary also emphasized the task of continuing to innovate the Party's leadership methods, especially in reforming the way resolutions are issued and implemented, making them concise, easy to understand, easy to remember, and easy to implement; correctly and accurately identifying the requirements, tasks, and development path of the country, each locality, ministry, and sector.

Strongly reform processes and policies to meet development requirements; promote decentralization and delegation of power, ensuring that the central government strengthens macroeconomic management, maintains its role in creating and developing, and empowers all levels of government with greater autonomy and initiative.
