At the conference, comrade Nguyen Hong Minh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on agreeing to let comrade Nguyen Van Tinh - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hiep Duc district retire from March 1, 2025.

At the same time, comrade Nguyen Hong Minh announced Decision No. 1852-QD/TU (dated February 25, 2025) of the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on transferring comrade Pham Thi Thanh - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union to work at Hiep Duc District Party Committee, appointing her to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Hiep Duc District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term from March 1, 2025.

Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of comrade Nguyen Van Tinh in nearly 40 years of work.

Comrade Pham Thi Thanh, born on August 21, 1983, hometown An Phu ward, Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province. Comrade Pham Thi Thanh has professional qualifications of Bachelor of Law, Master of Public Policy, Senior in Political Theory.
