Dong Nai auctions land for the ecological urban complex project and Phuoc An thematic park

Dong Nai decided to auction a 43.5-hectare land plot out of a total area of ​​102 hectares in Phuoc An commune to implement the project of ecological urban complex and thematic park.

According to the announcement of the Property Auction Service Center - Department of Justice of Dong Nai province: The total area of ​​land assigned to the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province for management is 102 hectares; of which the auctioned land area is 43.5 hectares; the non-auctioned area is 58.3 hectares (including public green land, parking lot, technical infrastructure, traffic).

The starting price as announced by the Property Auction Service Center is more than 5,013 billion VND.

The above auctioned land is vacant land, adjacent to and connected to Tran Phu Street (Rung Sac Street), Le Hong Phong Street, Nguyen Van Cu Street, Phuoc An Commune, Dong Nai Province.

The land's location is conveniently connected to important traffic routes such as Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway, Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway, near Phuoc An Port and Long Thanh International Airport.

This is one of 37 land plots that Dong Nai province plans to auction in 2025 with a total value according to the land price list of about 21,000 billion VND. Recently, Dong Nai has successfully auctioned 4 land plots, earning more than 9,500 billion VND.

In addition to the above project, it is expected that in December 2025, Dong Nai will continue to auction the right to use 4 more land plots to implement projects including: Mixed urban - commercial - service area project of about 51.6 hectares in Tran Bien ward (part of the project to convert the function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park); land recovered from Dong Tien Joint Stock Company of more than 2.7 hectares in Tam Hiep ward; land recovered from Dong Nai Petroleum Company of about 1.9 hectares in Tran Bien ward and land recovered from Tan Mai Group Joint Stock Company of about 14 hectares in Tran Bien ward.

In 2025, Dong Nai was assigned by the Prime Minister to achieve double-digit economic growth. Land auction is one of the important tasks to help increase budget revenue and supplement public investment capital, develop infrastructure, and social welfare of the locality.
