(DTO) To proactively respond to the impact of low pressure causing heavy rain, thunderstorms, flooding, and riverbank erosion in the province in the coming days, the Provincial People's Committee requests heads of provincial departments, branches, and sectors and Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards, based on their functions and tasks, to proactively implement the instructions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment in Official Dispatches No. 5626/BNNMT-DD dated August 16, 2025, 5600/BNNMT-DD dated August 16, 2025; seriously implement the instructions of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 612/UBND-KT dated August 15, 2025 on proactively responding to natural disasters in the coming days.

Agencies and units assigned with the role of investors and managers of traffic, irrigation, and technical infrastructure systems must proactively organize inspections, reviews, and implement measures to ensure the safety of key works and works under construction, especially works that have had incidents and riverbank areas at risk of landslides; and arrange standing forces to be ready to handle possible emergency natural disaster situations.

At the same time, proactively develop plans to manage and operate construction systems, proactively drain water to protect production, ensure circulation, and meet people's essential living needs.
