Leaders of the People's Committee and specialized departments of Long Thanh district and Phu My town discussed the leadership, direction and management of compensation, support and resettlement; legal regulations on compensation, support and resettlement according to the Land Law 2024, procedures for implementing transitional projects; experiences and solutions to speed up progress as well as remove obstacles and shortcomings in the enforcement of the Land Law in compensation and site clearance in the two localities, especially expressway and key national projects.

The members of the Dong Xoai City delegation also discussed a number of specific issues regarding compensation prices, resettlement policies, and mobilizing households in the project that the city is still facing in the implementation process. In addition to direct exchanges, the specialized agencies of the city and the two localities will also connect and share many experiences for joint implementation.

This experience contributes to improving the professional skills of cadres and civil servants in compensation and site clearance for key projects in Dong Xoai City, especially to prepare well for the North-South Expressway project in the West, Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) - Chon Thanh ( Binh Phuoc ), the section passing through Dong Xoai City.
