MK Central City Social Housing Project is allowed to open for sale 284 social housing units and 40 commercial apartments. MK Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is accepting applications to buy social housing.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Nghi, Director of MK Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, said that the MK Central City Social Housing Project in Phu Ha New Urban Area has been confirmed by the Department of Construction of Ninh Thuan province to be eligible to sell future housing.

Specifically, on December 11, 2024, the Department of Construction of Ninh Thuan province announced that the future housing project is eligible for sale and lease-purchase for the MK Central City Social Housing category of the Phu Ha New Urban Area Project with an area of ​​5,696.6 m2. The number of apartments allowed for sale is 324 (the entire project).

Legally, the MK Central City Social Housing Project was assigned land by the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 376, dated July 4, 2024; the investor started construction of the project in Notice 134, dated July 19, 2024; the Department of Construction granted construction permit No. 11/GPXD, dated July 19, 2024; the project item was concluded by the Department of Construction to accept the completion of the project foundation in Notice No. 4085, dated November 6, 2024...

The Department of Construction of Ninh Thuan province requires investors to sell future social housing in accordance with the subjects, conditions, order and procedures as prescribed; use the capital mobilized from the sale of future housing for the right purpose of building housing in the project; strictly prohibit the mobilization of capital exceeding the amount of money to buy future housing advanced by customers according to the provisions of law...

In the document sent to the Department of Construction, MK Construction Investment Joint Stock Company committed to signing contracts for the purchase and sale, and lease-purchase of future housing in compliance with regulations and meeting the conditions prescribed by law on real estate business.

At the same time, MK Construction Investment Joint Stock Company announced the number of future housing units eligible for sale and lease-purchase at the MK Central City Social Housing Project, including 40 commercial apartments with areas ranging from 46.11 m2 to 154.8 m2 (24 units on the 1st floor, 8 units on the 4th floor, 8 units on the 16th floor); 284 social housing units with areas ranging from 46.11 m2 to 78.35 m2.

According to MK Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, the company is currently accepting applications to buy social housing apartments, with prices ranging from 15 to 16 million VND/m2; commercial apartments have not yet been opened for sale.
