Nearly 140 units of blood were collected at the Voluntary Blood Donation Day.

On July 16th, at the Sun World Ba Den Mountain tourist area, the Red Cross branches of Tan Ninh ward and Binh Minh ward (Tay Ninh province), along with Tay Ninh Sun Joint Stock Company and the Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center in Ho Chi Minh City, organized a voluntary blood donation day with the message "One drop of blood given – One life saved".

The event attracted a large number of staff and employees of Tay Ninh Sun Joint Stock Company; officials, civil servants, employees, youth union members, and armed forces personnel from agencies and units in Tan Ninh ward and Binh Minh ward.

During a single day of work, the Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center in Ho Chi Minh City received 138 units of blood from volunteers.

This meaningful activity demonstrates the role of businesses in partnering with the Red Cross in blood donation to save lives; it also helps to promptly replenish the blood bank for medical facilities.
