WinMart offers deep discounts and increases inventory
On December 1, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade "activated" the National Concentrated Promotion Program 2025 (Vietnam Grand Sale 2025). The program not only has the meaning of stimulating short-term demand, but also contributes significantly to the growth of retail sales of goods and social consumer services, making a practical contribution to the implementation of the economic development goals set by the Government in 2025. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Huong - Director of Operations of WinCommerce in the North said: "In order to serve consumer needs, WinMart has worked with suppliers 2 to 3 months before Tet to increase inventory, ensure adequate goods and stable prices."
Specifically, the key product groups that the WinMart/WinMart+/WiN system focuses on prioritizing are: Essential consumer goods (rice, cooking oil, drinking water, etc.) and basic household products; fresh food groups (vegetables, fruits, pork, chicken, seafood, domestic fruits, imported fruits); gift groups and holiday season products (confectionery, soft drinks, fruits, etc.) In addition to stimulus programs, WinMart/WinMart+/WiN actively participates in market stabilization programs, accompanying the Department of Industry and Trade of localities across the country to help local people feel secure when shopping.

In 2025, with the goal of bringing a more modern shopping experience, WinMart will put into operation 50 new model supermarkets with scientific layouts and a diverse product catalog from necessities to mid-range and high-end items. In the mini-supermarket segment, in the first 10 months of the year, WinCommerce opened 529 new stores, of which the Central region accounted for 75% of the number of new stores, thereby bringing a modern retail experience to consumers from urban to rural areas. Not only a place to shop, WinMart also offers a series of vibrant experiential activities: from cheering, introducing new products to cooperation events with strong brands. Supplying vegetables at no profit, same price for many items
In the context of the recent sharp decline in the supply of vegetables in the market and the sudden increase in prices, WinMart has made efforts to fulfill its task of supplying goods, proactively coordinating between regions to ensure adequate supply and maintain stable selling prices. Thanks to this flexible coordination mechanism, vegetables and fruits are still fully supplied at the WinMart/WinMart+/WiN system nationwide, without any shortages. Although logistics and inter-regional transportation costs have increased due to storms and rains, and input prices from suppliers have increased by 20-30%, WinMart has still made efforts to maintain stable selling prices and implemented many incentive programs to support consumers during difficult times.

From November 27 to December 4, at the WinMart supermarket system and WinMart+/WiN stores in the North, WinMart has implemented a program to stabilize vegetable prices, many items are sold at non-profit prices to support consumers. Green cabbage, water spinach... are priced from 15,900 VND/300gr package; Chinese cabbage, sweet cabbage, Chinese broccoli... are priced at 18,000 VND/500gr package. Many other items such as pumpkin, green squash, Chinese cabbage, white radish, taro, kohlrabi, green lolo lettuce are also offered at better prices than the general market level. In the South and Central regions from December 1 to December 7, WinMart/WinMart+/WiN will launch a good-priced vegetable program, selling at a non-profit price, applicable to member customers with many types of vegetables at the same price of 14,900, 15,900 VND, such as Chinese cabbage, sweet cabbage, green zucchini, water spinach, Malabar spinach, cherry tomatoes...

At the same time, WinEco - WinMart's partner in supplying clean vegetables meeting VietGap, GlobalGap, and Organic standards and a member of Masan Group - has activated a system-wide response plan to the complex storm and flood situation. WinEco has proactively implemented an inter-regional supply compensation mechanism, mobilizing output from key farms in Lam Dong, the Central region, and the South to promptly supplement affected areas.
Since the beginning of November, WinEco has increased the transportation of hundreds of tons of vegetables every day between regions, ensuring a stable supply for the markets of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, the Northern, Central and Central Highlands regions.
