According to the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, the reason for the project termination is that the investor is not allowed to continue using the investment location and does not carry out procedures to adjust the investment location within 6 months from the date of not being allowed to continue using the investment location.

Also according to this decision, the project investor is responsible for completing the investment project liquidation procedures and performing the investor's obligations according to the provisions of law.
