Hanoi has one more Residential and Commercial project added to the 2025 land use plan.

The two projects have a total land area of more than 11 hectares, including one project for water supply and one project for residential and commercial construction.

On June 30, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed Decision No. 3544-QD/UBND of the City People's Committee on approving the adjustment and supplementation of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Long Bien district (approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 11-QD/UBND dated January 3, 2025).

The Decision clearly states that 2 works and projects (with a total land use area of ​​about 11.90 hectares) are added to the List of works and projects implemented in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Long Bien District; the content of "List of works and projects included in the 2025 Land Use Plan includes 152 projects with a total area of ​​651.03 hectares" in Clause 1, Article 1, Decision No. 11/QD-UBND mentioned above is adjusted to "List of works and projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Long Bien District includes 175 projects, with a total area of ​​about 881.2 hectares".

The two additional projects are the Sai Dong Water Booster Station Construction Project with a capacity of 40,000m3/day and night and the Berjaya - Handico12 Residential and Commercial Area Project.

Sai Dong Water Booster Station Project is included in the attached table of the newly issued resolution of the City People's Council; while the Berjaya - Handico12 Residential and Commercial Area Project is not required to be reported to the City People's Council. Both of these projects have been decided on investment policy or approved for adjustment of investment policy by the Hanoi People's Committee according to regulations.
