Vehicles on Tran Phu Street (towards Ha Dong) turn left onto Nguyen Khuyen Street, continue straight at the intersection, make a U-turn and turn left at the median opening at pillars HR01-HR02, continue straight on Tran Phu Street, then turn right onto Nguyen Khuyen Street.

At the same time, vehicles on Vu Trong Khanh Street going towards Nguyen Khuyen Street should turn right at the intersection, go straight on Tran Phu Street, make a U-turn and turn left at the median opening at pillars HR01-HR02, go straight on Tran Phu Street, and then turn right onto Nguyen Khuyen Street.

Vehicles traveling on Nguyen Khuyen Street towards Vu Trong Khanh Street should turn right at the intersection, continue straight on Tran Phu Street, make a U-turn and turn left at the median opening at pillars GR25-GR26, continue straight on Tran Phu Street, and then turn right onto Vu Trong Khanh Street.
