Hanoi hands over more than 20,000 square meters of land to Ung Hoa district for auction.

Kinhtedothi - Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed and issued Decision No. 261/QD-UBND on assigning to Ung Hoa District People's Committee 20,671.1 m2 of land to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the BT02 land use rights auction area in Van Dinh town and Lien Bat commune.

Accordingly, 20,671.1 square meters in Van Dinh town and Lien Bat commune, Ung Hoa district were handed over to the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district to implement the project of investing in the construction of technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area approved by the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district in Decision No. 39/QD-UBND dated January 10, 2019, No. 690/QD-UBND dated February 22, 2022 and No. 6145/QD-UBND dated October 13, 2023.

Location, boundary, area of land limited by landmarks from M1, M2, M3, M4, M12, M13, M14, M15, M5 to M11, M1 determined in the adjusted master plan drawing at scale 1/500 prepared by Hanoi Traffic Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company in 2024, approved by Ung Hoa District People's Committee in Document No. 918/UBND QLDT dated May 7, 2024 and the attached diagram with the landmark coordinate positioning document dated April 26, 2019 and August 4, 2023 of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Of the total 20,671.1m2 of land, 6,028.9m2 of residential land is for auction of land use rights. Form of land use: For the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district, the State allocates land without collecting land use fees; The winner of the auction of residential land use rights is allocated land by the State with collection of land use fees, with a long-term land use term.

For 14,642.2 m2 of traffic and green land, the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district is responsible for synchronous construction with the general technical infrastructure of the area. Form of land use: Land allocation without land use fee collection; Long-term use period. Land allocation method: Land allocation without auction of land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.

Within 12 consecutive months from the date of receiving land handover in the field, the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district must put the land into use; in case the land is not put into use or the land use progress is 24 months behind the progress recorded in the investment project from the date of receiving land handover in the field, the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district shall be granted a 24-month extension of land use. After the extension period, if the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district has not put the land into use or uses the land not in accordance with the content stated in Article 1 of this Decision, the City People's Committee shall reclaim the land without compensation for the land, assets attached to the land and remaining land investment costs.
