Vietnam is known for its rich and diverse cuisine, deeply rooted in national identity. From traditional dishes like pho, bun cha, nem ran, and banh mi, to innovative modern dishes, Vietnamese cuisine always offers a harmonious blend of flavor, color, and presentation.
With fresh ingredients, refined cooking methods, and a culinary philosophy that values balance, Vietnamese cuisine captivates diners with its natural, subtle yet profound flavors. This is why Vietnamese cuisine is increasingly appreciated by experts, critics, and international tourists, becoming one of the highlights in promoting Vietnamese tourism to the world.
In previous seasons, Vietnam has been recognized in many important categories: Vietnam won "Best Culinary Destination in Asia 2022"; Hanoi won "Best Emerging Culinary City Destination in Asia 2023", "Best Culinary City Destination in Asia 2024", and "Best Culinary City Destination in the World 2024".
