The Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee issued Notice No. 1206-TB/TU on “Recruitment of civil servants and public employees for Party agencies, the Fatherland Front and political -social organizations in Hanoi City in 2023”.

Based on the plan of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee on the recruitment of civil servants and public employees for Party agencies, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations in Hanoi City in 2023, and the recruitment quotas of agencies, localities, and units, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee announces the recruitment of 184 positions in 41 units through competitive examination.
The recruited civil servants and public employees will work at 41 agencies and units in the city, including: the City Party Committee's Organization Department; the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department; the Internal Affairs Department; the City Party Committee Office; the Hanoi Women's Union; the Hanoi Federation of Labor; the Hanoi Youth Union; the Party Committees of several districts/counties (Tay Ho, Me Linh, Thach That, Thuong Tin, Gia Lam, Chuong My, etc.); Hanoi Moi Newspaper; Lao Dong Thu Do Newspaper; Tuoi Tre Thu Do Newspaper; Hanoi Youth Palace; Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School, etc.
Regarding the eligibility criteria, the announcement clearly states: Applicants must meet the requirements stipulated in Article 36 of the Law on Civil Servants or Article 22 of the Law on Public Employees and fulfill the standards and conditions required for the position they are applying for (as per the attached Appendix on recruitment quotas and standards and conditions for the position).
For positions as civil servants performing research and advisory duties in the Party's advisory and support agencies, applicants must be Party members who have not violated the political standards regarding internal political security. If they are not Party members, their background must be clearly verified, they must meet the standards and conditions for Party membership, and they must not have violated the political standards regarding internal political security.
Specifically for the lecturer position at the Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School, applicants must be Party members.
Priority subjects are those specified in Article 5 of Government Decree No. 138/2020/ND-CP dated November 27, 2020, on the recruitment, employment, and management of civil servants, or Article 6 of Government Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020, on the recruitment, employment, and management of public employees.
Each candidate may register to apply for one position with a recruitment quota as announced by the Hanoi City Party Committee. Candidates must submit the application form (according to the mẫu attached to the announcement) and the personal information form for internal political security purposes (if applying for professional positions in the Party's advisory and support agencies) at the reception location of the agency or unit with the recruitment quota.
For candidates applying to public service units affiliated with socio-political organizations, applications should be submitted to the socio-political organization directly above that public service unit (Hanoi City Federation of Labor, Hanoi City Women's Union, Hanoi City Youth Union).
