Hanoi recruits 184 positions at 41 agencies and units

The Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee issued Notice No. 1206-TB/TU on "Recruitment of civil servants and public employees of Party agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations of Hanoi City in 2023".

Based on the plan of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on recruiting civil servants and public employees of the Party, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Hanoi in 2023 and the recruitment targets of agencies, localities and units, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee announced the recruitment of 184 staff positions in 41 units by examination.

Recruited civil servants and public employees will work at 41 agencies and units in the city such as: City Party Committee Organization Board; City Party Committee Propaganda Board; Internal Affairs Board; City Party Committee Office; City Women's Union; City Labor Federation; Hanoi Youth Union; District Party Committees of some districts (Tay Ho, Me Linh, Thach That; Thuong Tin, Gia Lam, Chuong My...); Hanoi Moi Newspaper; Capital Labor Newspaper; Capital Youth Newspaper; Hanoi Youth Palace; Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School...

Regarding the recruitment criteria and conditions, the announcement clearly states: The person must meet the conditions prescribed in Article 36 of the Law on Civil Servants or Article 22 of the Law on Public Employees and meet the criteria and conditions required for the job position (according to the attached Appendix on recruitment criteria and criteria and conditions for the job position).

For the job position of civil servant in charge of research and consulting in the Party's advisory agencies, applicants must be Party members who do not violate the political standards on internal political protection. In case they are not Party members, their background must be clearly verified, meet the standards and conditions for Party development, and do not violate the political standards on internal political protection.

For the position of lecturer at Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School, applicants must be party members.

Priority subjects are implemented according to the provisions of Article 5, Decree No. 138/2020/ND-CP dated November 27, 2020 of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants or Article 6, Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants.

Each candidate is allowed to register for 1 job position with recruitment quota as posted by the Hanoi Party Committee. Candidates submit the application form (according to the form attached to the announcement) and a resume for internal political protection work (if applying for professional positions of the Party's advisory agencies) at the reception location of the agency or unit with recruitment quota.

As for candidates applying to public service units under socio-political organizations, they must submit their application to the directly superior socio-political organization of that public service unit (City Labor Federation, City Women's Union, Hanoi Youth Union).
