250 businesses will participate in the upcoming Food and Beverage, Processing Technology Equipment, and Packaging Exhibition in Hanoi.

Besides high-quality food and beverage products, the exhibition features a prominent booth showcasing modern processing equipment and machinery. This opens up opportunities for businesses in the industry to access advanced and efficient technologies to optimize production processes and improve product quality. The exhibition area also focuses on a diverse range of food additives, providing manufacturers and chefs with additional resources to innovate and meet the diverse flavors and trends of the market.

Participating in Hanoi are reputable Vietnamese businesses in the food industry such as Nha Trang Bird's Nest, Tan Nhat Huong, Chinh Son Tea, etc., and brands in the packaging industry such as VMS, Thuan Thanh, Ngoc Long, etc. Regarding international booths, the Korean pavilion stands out, promising to attract a large number of visitors with typical Korean products such as rice cakes, seaweed, dried persimmons, red ginseng and processed ginseng products, dried and frozen seafood, etc. Alongside this is the pavilion of the Norwegian Fisheries Council (NSC), Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries of Norway.

Organized by Vinexad, the exhibition is built on a B2B (business-to-business) business networking model, focusing on connecting international brands with importers and distributors in the food and beverage industry. The exhibition also opens export opportunities for Vietnamese products, facilitating local businesses' access to international markets. This translates into improved export performance and the introduction of Vietnamese products to the global market.

In particular, dividing the area according to specific product categories makes it easier for customers to find what they're looking for and create effective business connections. This has optimized the visitor experience and ensured that they can find the products and services they are most interested in. Alongside this, there are seminars on important issues and providing the latest information on the food and beverage industry, facilitating knowledge exchange and presenting new market trends in this field.

With the participation of hundreds of businesses and diverse exhibition booths, the exhibition is expected to contribute to promoting global business transactions and development. This will not only help businesses expand their markets but also enable them to develop supply networks and optimize production processes.

Ms. Chu Hoi, Sales Director of Tan Nhat Huong Company, said that the company has participated in trade exhibitions in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City since 2017. With each exhibition, the company has noticed that Vietnamese customers are gradually developing the habit of seeking partners through trade fairs. " Many customers visited our booth, experienced our products firsthand, and signed many new orders. We also had foreign partners who combined visiting the exhibition with visiting our office and factory, building more trust in our business," Ms. Hoi shared.
