Hai Duong allocates central budget capital for 7 projects

Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site will receive investment funds for conservation in conjunction with tourism development.
Con Son - Kiep Bac special national relic site will receive funding from the central budget for renovation and preservation.

Specifically, the central budget capital (domestic capital) for Hai Duong in 2025 is over 937 billion VND.

The province allocated nearly 780 billion VND for 6 projects including: Construction of a bypass road of provincial road 391 through Tu Ky town and Van To commune (Tu Ky); road to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site (section from National Highway 37 to Con Son pagoda); dredging and reinforcing the Sat - Phu irrigation canal (Binh Giang); preservation of the Con Son - Kiep Bac historical - cultural relic site associated with tourism development (Chi Linh); investment in construction, renovation, upgrading and purchase of medical equipment for 12 district-level medical centers; investment in construction of an interchange connecting National Highway 17B with National Highway 5 and the Hanoi - Hai Phong railway.

The remaining capital plan is over 157 billion VND, the province will allocate in detail after the project is eligible for allocation according to the provisions of the law on public investment.

The province also allocated nearly 112 billion VND of central budget capital in 2025 (foreign capital) for the Project on Integrated Development of Dynamic Urban Areas - Hai Duong City.

For the 6 projects allocated from the central budget with domestic capital mentioned above, the total implementation cost is nearly 2,807 billion VND, of which the central budget supports 1,805 billion VND. The central government has handed over nearly 780 billion VND to complete the project; this year, it will add over 937 billion VND.
