Specifically, the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Binh Dinh Province is a Party organization directly under the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee and is the direct superior of 24 grassroots Party organizations with 638 Party members transferred from the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc.

Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province, has been appointed to the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province for the 2020-2025 term.
Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung presented the decision of the Party Central Committee and offered flowers to congratulate Colonel Ngo Cu Vinh on joining the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Also at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee announced the decision of the Party Central Committee on the appointment of Colonel Ngo Cu Vinh, Deputy Director of the Binh Dinh Provincial Police, to the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board for the 2020-2025 term.
Announcing the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee to conclude the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc; and the Committee for the Protection and Care of Cadre Health of Binh Dinh Province.
The six Steering Committees established by the Standing Committee of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee have ceased operations; the eleven Party groups and Party committees at the provincial level, also established by the Standing Committee of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee, have also ceased operations.
Ho Quoc Dung, Secretary of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee, affirmed that the reorganization of Party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee is in line with the Central Committee's directive on continuing to innovate and streamline the organizational structure of the political system for effective and efficient operation.
Mr. Dung requested that agencies, units, and localities receiving new assignments should immediately begin work, avoiding any gaps and ensuring that the operation of the political system and social life is not disrupted.
The Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee need to promote the spirit of solidarity and unity, mobilizing collective intelligence to lead and direct the comprehensive implementation of political tasks. They must do a good job in ideological work, creating consensus among cadres and Party members.
