The transfer limit is the amount of money a user can transfer from one account to another in a single transaction.
Minimum transfer limit
The minimum transfer limit is the smallest amount a customer can transfer when transacting at an ATM. Currently, the minimum transfer limit at ATMs ranges from 50,000 to 25 million VND; if the amount is less than this, the user cannot complete the transaction.

Maximum transfer limit
The maximum transfer limit allowed for ATM transactions ranges from 50,000,000 VND per transaction to 500,000,000 VND per day. Customers can make one or multiple transfers. However, ATM transfers incur higher fees compared to regular transfers via mobile banking.
For international debit cards, users can transfer a maximum of 50 million VND per day. With credit cards, customers are not allowed to transfer more than the limit granted when the credit card was opened.

Factors affecting ATM transfer limits
The maximum transfer limit at an ATM can be affected by several factors, such as:

- Account status : If the account does not have sufficient funds to complete the transaction, the maximum transfer limit will be restricted.
