On the occasion of National Day September 2, thousands of tourists and residents came to visit, have fun and take photos at Bai Sau Park (Vung Tau ward and Tam Thang ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Nearly a year after construction, Tam Thang Tower has just been put into operation right at Bai Sau Park Square, the highlight of the project, attracting many tourists and locals to take souvenir photos.

The tower is built in the shape of three boats sailing out to sea, recalling the historical story of the three villages Thang Nhat, Thang Nhi, Thang Tam - places associated with the task of protecting the sea and islands in the southern region of our country (Photo: SG).

The highlight of the project is the mosaic ceramic tile surface, creating a lighting effect in the sun or when the lights are on. At night, the multi-colored lighting system turns the tower into a "forest of light".

Not only the tower, the square is also a multi-purpose community space of more than 17,000 square meters, including: a water music stage, a fountain area, a lookout point, an underground service area...

Tourists enjoy taking souvenir photos with Tam Thang Tower on the occasion of National Day, September 2 this year. The project is worth 155 billion VND, including 143 reinforced concrete pillars from 4.55m to 34m high, in the overall project with a total investment of more than 1,100 billion VND.

The rest stop is designed in the shape of a sea snail, with an underground structure 4m deep and 1,000m2 wide, equipped with a sanitary system and fresh water showers. Along Bai Sau, there are currently 6 service stations of similar size.

The pedestrian bridge is artistically designed, winding along the coast to help people visit, sightsee and enjoy the sea breeze. At night, the bridge is artistically lit, becoming a sightseeing and check-in spot for tourists.

In the beach area, the investor installed new lifeguard huts along Bai Sau to help enhance safety for tourists.

The park's walkways are paved with granite, with grass and trees planted on both sides to create green areas for the park.
"The newly opened park is very beautiful, airy, clean and has many playgrounds for children. My friends and I are all very happy that Bai Sau Park is magnificent, modern and very convenient for both tourists and residents," said Ms. Le Thi Thanh Tam (Vung Tau ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Bai Sau Park has many sports areas for residents and tourists, such as: basketball, skateboarding, roller skating...

In addition to architectural and landscape projects along Thuy Van Street, the authorities are calling on small businesses and enterprises to replace and invest in new parasols, rest chairs, and refreshment stalls below the beach.

At night, the architectural miniatures are brightly lit, attracting many tourists to walk around, visit and take souvenir photos.

A community street art program attracts visitors to enjoy at Back Beach.

The Bai Sau Park renovation project was started by the People's Committee of Vung Tau City (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province) in October 2024 on a 19.2ha land area, stretching 3.2km along Thuy Van Street, including 12 main items. The inauguration of the project helps create a highlight for tourism in the Vung Tau area (HCMC).
