The period 2022-2025 marks a clear transformation of EVNNPC, from thinking to management capacity, operation and cultural implementation throughout the Corporation. All officers and employees have adapted and matured together in a continuous cultural journey. From night shifts in storms of the operation management force, operations on the medium and low voltage grid, remote control sessions at the Control Center, periodic testing work; to business activities - customer service, system dispatch, digital platform operation, data management and support from the office block, safety, materials, finance - accounting... each position in the force of more than 26,000 officers and employees contributes to the stable operation of the power grid, serving more than 11.5 million customers in 17 provinces/cities in the North. It is this diversity, vastness and close connection that has created EVNNPC's comprehensive innovation journey.

EVNNPC staff strive to restore power to ensure safe and continuous power supply for tens of millions of customers - a testament to the value of Responsibility being implemented in every task, becoming a part of EVNNPC's culture.

During the times when the Northern power system is under the greatest pressure, the value of Responsibility is most clearly and strongly demonstrated. In the period of 2022-2025 alone, EVNNPC has mobilized more than 12,000 employees to be on duty, participating in handling thousands of incident points during storms, natural disasters and widespread heat waves. Those were the nights when the shock team had to cross flooded and landslide roads to reach the scene; those were the days when the load increased to a record level when the operation management force worked hard 24/7 to ensure uninterrupted power supply. Each completed task is not only a technical requirement, but also a vivid expression of the culture of Responsibility - a culture that puts the safety and stability of the community first.
