Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Phuong Hoa is a leading expert in psychology in Vietnam. She previously served as the Head of the Experimental and Applied Psychology Department at the Institute of Psychology (now the Institute of Sociology and Psychology) under the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences . She is currently the Director of the Institute of Psychology and Communication under the Vietnam Psychological Association.
