Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Phuong Hoa is an expert in the field of psychology in Vietnam, and was the Head of the Department of Experimental and Applied Psychology, Institute of Psychology (now Institute of Sociology and Psychology) under the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences .
