Specifically, HDBank was awarded the Outstanding Annual Report award for the sixth consecutive year, honored in the Top 10 Best Corporate Governance in the Large Cap group, and recognized as the company with the Best Annual General Meeting for the second consecutive year.

HDBank continues its streak of achievements with the Outstanding Annual Report award in the Finance sector for the sixth consecutive year. This result stems from HDBank's continuous efforts to improve the quality of its information disclosure, aiming for international standards such as the ASEAN CG Scorecard.

In the field of corporate governance, HDBank was honored among the Top 10 companies with the best corporate governance practices in the Large Cap group, and also won the award for Best Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the second consecutive year. HDBank pioneered the organization of Annual General Meetings of Shareholders in a flexible format (online and in-person), optimizing convenience and ensuring the rights of investors. This achievement is even more significant as in 2024, the corporate governance criteria will be raised according to the latest OECD standards, with the weighting of international best practices increasing to 40%.

The awards at the 2024 Listed Companies Awards are the result of HDBank's outstanding and sustainable performance. As of the end of Q3/2024, pre-tax profit reached VND 12,655 billion, a 46.6% increase compared to the same period last year. Total assets reached VND 629 trillion, a 23.9% increase. Total deposits reached VND 559 trillion, a 24.8% increase. Outstanding loans reached VND 412 trillion, a 16.6% increase. Performance indicators included a ROE of 26.7%, a ROA of 2.2%, and a low non-performing loan ratio of 1.46%.

Alongside its business activities, HDBank is a pioneer in community and environmental initiatives. In the first nine months of the year, HDBank donated tens of thousands of health insurance cards to the poor; built charitable houses; supported underprivileged but studious students; participated in the nationwide campaign to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses launched by the Prime Minister ; implemented a preferential credit package of VND 12,000 billion for customers affected by Typhoon Yagi; and supported people affected by floods and storms in the northern provinces.

According to the VLCA 2024 organizing committee's assessment, among financial enterprises, HDBank has demonstrated superiority in disclosing information on risk management, assessing and controlling bad debts, and using capital efficiently.
