With the theme "Technology Opens a Green Future," Vietnam Motor Show 2024 demonstrates the commitment of brands to providing green and sustainable mobility solutions and emphasizes the importance of applying technology to protect the environment.

Speaking at the press conference for domestic media outlets, Mr. Nakano Keita, President of the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association (VAMA), emphasized: "Vietnam Motor Show 2024 is not only a gathering place for renowned automobile and motorcycle brands, but also a testament to the transformation of this industry in Vietnam. With a strong commitment to sustainable development, this year's event highlights green energy solutions, emission reduction, and leading safety technologies . We believe that, with the support from the Government and the efforts of businesses, Vietnam will achieve significant progress in realizing the Net Zero goal by 2050."

In addition, Ms. Le Thanh Hai - representative of the Vietnam Genuine Automobile Importers Group (VIVA) - also expressed optimism about the prospects of the imported car market in Vietnam: " The growth of the imported car market in Vietnam reflects a clear trend: Consumers are looking for models that not only ensure performance but are also environmentally friendly. We not only bring advanced products from the international market but also meet the increasingly high demand. Consumers will have the opportunity to admire outstanding models with leading-edge technology and choose the most suitable car for themselves."

Also at the presentation on the morning of October 23rd, Mr. Okutani Masahiro - representative of the Vietnam Motorcycle Manufacturers Association (VAMM) - shared about the role of motorcycle manufacturers at this year's exhibition: " The motorcycle industry in Vietnam is facing a major transformation, as the trend of greening and energy saving is increasingly embraced by consumers. Vietnam Motor Show 2024 is an opportunity for VAMM to introduce electric motorcycle technologies and advanced product lines, contributing to building a sustainable transportation system that meets modern needs while protecting the environment ."

The Vietnam Motor Show 2024 witnessed the launch of new car models, especially those making their debut in the Vietnamese market. Notably, Honda Vietnam showcased the Civic e:HEV RS sports sedan with a powerful and environmentally friendly hybrid engine, and two reliable and practical electric motorcycle models, the ICON e: and the e CUV, making their debut.

Meanwhile, Toyota Vietnam, with its all-electric FT-3e concept car and hybrid product range, notably the all-new 2024 Toyota Camry, stands out.

In 2024, the Vietnam Motor Show will have a large scale and total exhibition area, with nearly 25,000 square meters dedicated to displays alone. Notably, this year's exhibition will emphasize unique performances and experiences such as demonstrations of vehicle features, presentations, and test drives showcasing the technologies of various brands.
