Herbalife Vietnam promotes healthy active lifestyles | Women

The second "I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" contest started on September 6-9.

The competition aims to inspire more people to become better versions of themselves and achieve their long-term health goals. The competition will officially begin on September 6th and is open to all Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and above.

The competition, consisting of three rounds, challenges participants to continuously make positive physical changes over three months based on their knowledge of nutrition and exercise. Specifically, contestants are required to answer questions about nutrition, exercise, and sports . Participants also have the opportunity to interact directly with experts and share the methods they have used to achieve positive physical changes. First held in 2022, the competition has attracted over 1,000 participants nationwide.

Mr. Vu Van Thang, General Director of Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia, said: "The excellent results of last year's 'I'm Healthier and More Beautiful' contest are the reason we continue to partner with the Health & Life Newspaper to organize the second contest. Participants not only improved their own physical health but also inspired many others to do the same."

Mr. Tran Tuan Linh, Editor-in-Chief of Health & Life Newspaper, shared: "The competition has truly contributed effectively to encouraging many people to build healthy habits of balanced nutrition and regular exercise to become healthier and more beautiful."
