Answer: The dossier for occupational disease benefits is regulated in Article 58 of the Law on Labor Safety and Hygiene. Specifically as follows:

1. Social insurance book.

2. Hospital discharge papers or copies of medical records after occupational disease treatment; in case of not being hospitalized at a medical examination and treatment facility, an occupational disease examination certificate is required.

3. Minutes of the Medical Assessment Council's assessment of the level of reduced working capacity; in case of HIV/AIDS infection due to occupational accidents, it shall be replaced by a Certificate of HIV/AIDS infection due to occupational accidents.

4. Document requesting settlement of occupational disease regime according to the form issued by Vietnam Social Security after reaching agreement with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

1. A fine of between VND 20,000,000 and VND 40,000,000 shall be imposed for one of the following acts:

a) Archaeological exploration and excavation not in accordance with the content stated in the license;

b) Preserving, renovating, and restoring historical-cultural relics and scenic spots not in accordance with approved planning, project, and technical design.

2. A fine of between VND 20,000,000 and VND 30,000,000 shall be imposed for one of the following acts:

a) Archaeological exploration and excavation without a license;

b) Preserving, renovating, or restoring historical-cultural relics or scenic spots without written consent from a competent state agency.

3. A fine of between VND 40,000,000 and VND 50,000,000 shall be imposed for illegal excavation and salvage at archaeological sites.

4. Additional penalties:

Confiscate the infringing objects obtained from committing the acts specified in Point a, Clause 1, Point a, Clause 2 and Clause 3 of this Article.

5. Remedial measures:

Forced restoration of the original state for the acts specified in Point a, Clause 1, Point a, Clause 2 and the acts of illegal excavation at archaeological sites specified in Clause 3 of this Article.
