Support up to 400 million VND to attract doctors to work in Tay Lam Dong

On December 3, the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health announced that it is recruiting civil servants for its affiliated public service units in the West of Lam Dong (formerly Dak Nong province). The recruitment demand is 59 positions; of which, 22 positions are recruited according to the attraction policy.

The scope of recruitment of civil servants at public service units under the Department of Health of Lam Dong province includes: Lam Dong Provincial Center for Disease Control; Regional Medical Centers of Cu Jut, Krong No, Dak Mil, Dak Song, Gia Nghia, Dak Glong, Dak R'Lap, Tuy Duc.

Recruitment of civil servants for public service units under the Department of Health of Lam Dong province is based on job positions and corresponding to professional titles of grade III and equivalent, grade IV and equivalent.

The one-time support level to attract 22 doctors (grade III) to work at the Lam Dong Provincial Center for Disease Control; the regional medical centers of Cu Jut, Krong No, Dak Mil, Dak Song, Gia Nghia, Dak Glong, Dak R'Lap, Tuy Duc is as follows: PhD, specialist II is 400,000,000 VND/person; Master, specialist I and resident doctor: 370,000,000 VND/person.

Excellent graduate doctor: 350,000,000 VND/person; Fair graduate doctor: 300,000,000 VND/person and average graduate doctor: 200,000,000 VND/person.

Additional support for doctors working at Tuy Duc, Dak Glong, Forensic Center, or working in the psychiatric department or field is as follows: Doctors with good graduation: 40,000,000 VND/person; Doctors with excellent graduation: 50,000,000 VND/person; Doctors with postgraduate qualifications: 60,000,000 VND/person.
