Participating in the program were representatives of the leaders of the Institute of Science, Technology and Environment, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Cooperative Union and members of agricultural cooperatives supported by the program.
Based on the results of a preliminary survey of cooperative members damaged by storms No. 5 and No. 10 in 2025, many agricultural cooperatives in Thanh Hoa province were heavily affected.

Members of agricultural cooperatives are supported in the program.
Accordingly, the Institute of Science , Technology and Environment has proposed and received approval from the International Labor Organization to provide the first round of funding support to cooperatives, including: Circular Agricultural Technology and Service Cooperative, Thieu Quang Commune; Hong Nhue High-Tech Green Agricultural Cooperative, Hoang Chau Commune; Thieu Vien Agricultural Service Cooperative, Thieu Trung Commune.

Representatives of the Institute of Science, Technology and Environment gave instructions on the topic "Ensuring labor safety and hygiene in labor support activities to pay wages to workers who are members of cooperatives affected by storms".
At the program, representatives of the Institute of Science, Technology and Environment instructed on the topic "Ensuring occupational safety and hygiene in labor support activities to pay wages to workers who are members of cooperatives affected by storms" and presented cash to 45 members of the 3 above-mentioned cooperatives. The total support budget is 52.5 million VND/cooperative.

The Program organizers give cash to support cooperative members.
Through the support fund, the program hopes that cooperative members will overcome part of the damage caused by natural disasters, restore their livelihoods, continue production to ensure income and stabilize their lives.
