After 5 years of implementation (2019-2024), Hoai Duc district now has 114 OCOP products recognized with 3 stars or higher, including 83 products with 4 stars. The classified and evaluated products have demonstrated their value, bringing high economic efficiency and helping to change the production mindset of participating entities. Farmers have also shifted from small-scale to concentrated production, focusing on safety, improving product design, building brands and trademarks, meeting market demands, creating more jobs and stable income for family and local workers. The results of the OCOP program have made a positive contribution to the overall socio-economic development achievements of the entire district. At the conference, members of the Hoai Duc District OCOP Product Evaluation and Ranking Council scored and ranked 17 products from 7 entities in the communes of Duong Lieu, Di Trach, An Khanh, Song Phuong, Duc Thuong, and An Thuong. Among these, 11 products belonged to the food group, such as vermicelli, dried pho noodles, beverages, confectionery, and fruits; 3 products belonged to the clothing group; and 3 products were pharmaceuticals. These were all products submitted for OCOP evaluation and ranking for the first time, and have already established their position and brand in the market both within and outside the district. Notably, some products meet the export requirements. The OCOP Product Evaluation and Ranking Council scored the products based on the following criteria: Product and community strength; production capacity and environmental protection; marketing potential and product quality. As a result, 12 products achieved 3 stars and 5 products had the potential to achieve 4 stars. Through evaluation and ranking, the aim is to identify and honor agricultural products with high quality, high utility value, and potential for large-scale production. This helps local people in the district to widely promote and introduce their products to the market. Source: https://hanoimoi.vn/hoai-duc-danh-gia-phan-hang-17-san-pham-ocop-682880.html
