Complete registration of electronic identification accounts for organizations in the province before June 30, 2025

Acting Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province, Ha Sy Dong, has just signed and issued a plan to organize a peak period of electronic identification deployment for agencies and organizations in Quang Tri province. In particular, it requires completing the registration of electronic identification accounts before June 30, 2025.

The purpose and requirements of the plan are to disseminate, thoroughly implement and effectively implement regulations and procedures for registration, issuance, management and use of electronic identification accounts for organizations in the area. Ensure close coordination between units, agencies and localities in the process of implementing tasks related to registration, issuance, management and use of electronic identification accounts for organizations.

Propagate and guide agencies and organizations to register identity accounts to serve public services, resolve administrative procedures, and develop the economy and society. Proactively arrange resources, means, and equipment to ensure the registration and management of electronic identity accounts for organizations and ensure information security and safety during the implementation process.

Provincial departments, branches, sectors, mass organizations, district-level People's Committees, and commune-level People's Committees, depending on their functions and tasks, shall implement the registration of electronic identification accounts for organizations according to regulations. Direct and coordinate with police forces at all levels to effectively implement the peak of granting identification accounts for organizations in the area, striving to achieve the set goals. Advise and implement other tasks according to the instructions of relevant central ministries and branches.

Research and propose the integration of utilities, information, and documents of enterprises on VNeID according to assigned functions and tasks and under the guidance of the Ministry of Planning and Investment .

Propose that the Provincial Police direct the police of units and localities to deploy a peak period of issuing identity accounts for organizations in the province by June 30, 2025; strive to reach 80% of enterprises and cooperatives; 50% of other agencies and organizations with headquarters in the area.

Coordinate with departments, branches, sectors and localities to conduct basic investigation work; check and verify information to serve the work of processing and approving dossiers for granting electronic identification accounts to organizations according to regulations. Direct professional units to ensure transmission lines, confidentiality, security and safety of electronic identification and authentication systems according to assigned functions and tasks.
