Nearly 600 site clearance markers for the North-South high-speed railway project have been placed in the field.

Accordingly, relevant units, localities, departments and branches in Hue City have mobilized forces to plant nearly 600 markers in the field to serve the project.

At this time, the People's Committee of Hue City has been and is continuing to direct the People's Committees of wards and communes where the North-South high-speed railway project passes through to strengthen propaganda work to the people in the work of protecting landmarks, strictly managing the boundary area of ​​land clearance that has been marked and continuing to implement the following steps.

In Hue City, there are 12 communes and wards where the North-South high-speed railway project passes through, with a total length of 95.1km. On the route, there is 1 Phu My passenger station (My Thuong ward) with an area of ​​about 367ha and 1 potential station Chan May (Chan May commune - Lang Co).

The project affects more than 825 hectares of land and more than 8,100 households; of which, nearly 900 households must be relocated and more than 6,850 graves need to be moved. The increased placement of markers is aimed at better managing the area that needs to be cleared, and strengthening the management of construction order in the city's traffic safety corridor.
