Hoi An issues regulations on coordination in handling administrative procedures

Accordingly, the general provisions of the regulations include coordination principles; administrative procedures performed at the city's one-stop department; working regime and working time at the one-stop department; prohibited acts in handling administrative procedures at the one-stop department.

The coordination principles include ensuring timely and accurate settlement of administrative procedures in accordance with legal regulations; using the satisfaction of organizations and individuals to evaluate the performance of the city's one-stop shop and the performance of public duties by cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees; properly performing functions, tasks and powers in accordance with legal regulations; having close and active coordination between agencies, units, localities and the city's one-stop shop in settling administrative procedures for organizations and individuals.

The list of administrative procedures received and resolved by agencies and units is fully and publicly posted at the city's one-stop department, on the city's Public Service Portal and is implemented according to the decisions to announce the list of administrative procedures of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

In addition, the regulation also stipulates the coordination responsibilities of the city's one-stop department; agencies and units with administrative procedures resolved at the one-stop department; People's Committees of communes and wards, Hoi An Post Office and organizations and individuals performing administrative procedures.
