Thai Nguyen Red Cross Society was proposed to be awarded the Emulation Flag.

On the morning of December 5, in Thai Nguyen, the Emulation Cluster of the provinces of the midlands and the Red River Delta (Vietnam Red Cross Society) held a conference to review the work of the Society and the Red Cross movement in 2025 and deploy tasks for 2026.

The emulation cluster of the midland and Red River Delta provinces includes 6 provinces: Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh , Hung Yen, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh and Ninh Binh.

The assessment shows that in 2025, the Red Cross Societies of the provinces in the Emulation Cluster have promptly and effectively implemented the Party and State's policies and guidelines on humanitarian work in conjunction with the local socio -economic development goals and programs. The content of activities has many innovations, focusing on the grassroots.

In particular, key tasks such as: Charity Tet Movement; Humanitarian Month; health care work; voluntary blood donation; propaganda of humanitarian values; management and development of members and volunteers... achieved high results. The total value of 7 areas of activity in 2025 reached nearly 549.2 billion VND, with over 737,000 beneficiaries.

Regarding emulation work, the Red Cross Societies of the provinces have well implemented the registered emulation targets, closely following the local tasks, creating a spreading effect and bringing about efficiency.

Representatives of leaders of units in the Cluster signed the emulation covenant for 2026.

In 2026, the Associations in the Emulation Cluster will continue to launch and organize appropriate and practical emulation movements; in the immediate future, well implement the Binh Ngo Spring Charity Tet movement; promote the campaign "Each organization and individual is associated with a humanitarian address"; the movement "Good people, good deeds - Joining hands to build a compassionate community"... and traditional social work models.

At the Conference, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Red Cross Society was honored and proposed to the Central Committee to award the Emulation Flag to the unit that excellently completed its tasks in 2025.
