Ea M'Droh commune was merged from three communes of the old Cu M'gar district, including Ea M'Droh, Ea M'nang and Quang Hiep, with an area of over 13,400 hectares, a population of over 33,000 people with 13 ethnic groups living in 30 villages and hamlets. Being a purely agricultural commune, people's lives are still difficult, the rate of poor and near-poor households is significant. Many ethnic minorities do not have access to full legal information, and are still hesitant to use legal services or seek help from authorities when facing problems.

Staff of State Legal Aid Center No. 1 disseminated legal knowledge to village and hamlet officials at the conference.
