BAU XEO ANIMAL FEED FACTORY WINS TPM EXCELLENCE AWARD 2024

After undergoing two rigorous evaluations by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) in July 2024 and December 2024, CP Vietnam - Bau Xeo Animal Feed Plant was honored to receive the TPM Excellence Award 2024. This is a proud milestone, demonstrating the tireless efforts of the entire plant team in improving production efficiency, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring the highest product quality.

TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is an advanced management method aimed at improving equipment efficiency, minimizing waste, and optimizing production productivity. Developed in Japan, TPM helps businesses not only maintain the stable operation of machinery but also create a safe, efficient, and professional working environment.

The Bau Xeo Animal Feed Factory began implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in 2018 with the goal of increasing production efficiency, minimizing operational losses, and improving the working environment. Throughout this journey, the entire factory team has continuously innovated and applied optimal solutions to improve equipment efficiency and enhance the sense of responsibility among employees.

Representatives from the Japan Institute of Maintenance (JIPM) and CP Vietnam took a commemorative photo at the evaluation meeting.

The TPM Excellence Award is presented by the Japan Maintenance Institute (JIPM) to honor businesses that have successfully implemented TPM in their manufacturing operations. This is the first level in the 5-level TPM evaluation system, which includes:

🏅 TPM Excellence Award – Recognition for outstanding performance in TPM implementation.

🏅 TPM Consistency Award – Maintaining and developing TPM at a stable and sustainable level.

🏅 TPM Special Award – A special achievement in process optimization and improvement.

🏅 TPM Advance Special Award – Applying TPM at a high level, creating breakthroughs in manufacturing.

🏅 TPM World Class Award – The highest level, awarded to businesses that achieve optimal production performance according to global standards.
